Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in wealth management space with strong client and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of private banking regulatory and control environments relevant to the team and ability to manage accounts accordingly.
• Proven client management and effective communication skills (oral and written) to engage internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills; able to work with multiple business functions across the bank.
• Operate with high integrity and risk awareness.
• Experience reporting to senior management is required.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage all aspects of client relationships and develop long-term relationships.
• Build client portfolios using JPMorgan platforms, prospect for new clients, and deepen relationships.
• Coordinate with teams to address account inquiries and maintenance, including investment aspects.
• Deliver strategic messages, prepare presentations and proposals, and handle orders across asset classes.
• Update Know Your Client information, suitability profiles, and host client meetings; monitor funds/asset transfers.
• Collaborate with integrated team members to provide high-quality client service.
• Track Clients, AUM, and Revenues using internal systems; monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and internal policy requirements.
