Job summary

UOB in Singapore seeks an experienced Treasury specialist to oversee all treasury income lines including foreign exchange, fixed income and structured products. You will partner with client advisors to drive revenue, provide market insights, and develop treasury solutions while ensuring compliance with CMFAS accreditations.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure are essential. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience across wealth banking to privilege segments, with CMFAS

Qualifications

• A recognized tertiary education with at least min 10 years of relevant experience across equities/securities, foreign exchange or fixed income.
• Possess CMFAS 1B, 5, 6, 6A accreditations.
• Self-motivated team player who can work under pressure and has high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Establish partnerships with client advisors to drive revenue growth and serve treasury needs.
• Provide timely market information to clients and client advisors on market trends for business opportunities.
• Generate ideas aligned with market conditions and capitalize on treasury opportunities.
• Conduct trainings for client advisors to improve treasury product knowledge.
• Undertake additional tasks as required for the business.

Responsible for all treasury income line including foreign exchange, fixed income and structured products

• Establish great partnership with the client advisors to drive revenue growth and serve client’s treasury needs
• To provide timely market information to client advisors and clients on market trends which can be converted to business opportunities
• Generate ideas in accordance to market conditions and capitalize on any opportunities via treasury solutions
• Conduct trainings for client advisors to improve their competency in treasury products
• Undertake other responsibilities or additional tasks as required from time to time for the good of the business

Job Requirements

• A recognized tertiary education with at least min 10 years (to cater to different segments from Wealth Banking to Privilege Reserve) of relevant experience, with equities/securities, foreign exchange or fixed income background
• Possess the relevant accreditations (CMFAS 1B, 5, 6, 6A)
• Self-motivated team player who is able to work under pressure and have high attention to detail
