Job summary

1011 United Overseas Bank Ltd in Singapore seeks a seasoned Treasury professional to manage all treasury income lines including FX, fixed income and structured products. You will partner with client advisors to drive revenue growth and deliver tailored treasury solutions.

The role requires extensive experience in equities/securities, FX or fixed income and CMFAS accreditations, with strong analytical and training capabilities to elevate client advisory teams.

Qualifications

• A recognized tertiary education with relevant experience in equities/securities, FX or fixed income.
• CMFAS accreditations: M1B, M5, M6A, M6, M8 as required in Singapore.
• Self-motivated team player capable of working under pressure with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all treasury income lines including foreign exchange, fixed income and structured products.
• Establish strong partnerships with client advisors to drive revenue growth and serve treasury needs.
• Provide timely market information to client advisors and clients on market trends that can be translated into business opportunities.
• Generate ideas in response to market conditions and capitalize on treasury opportunities.
• Conduct trainings for client advisors to improve their competency in treasury products.
• Undertake other responsibilities as required for the business.

Job Description

• Responsible for all treasury income line including foreign exchange, fixed income and structured products
• Establish great partnership with the client advisors to drive revenue growth and serve client’s treasury needs
• To provide timely market information to client advisors and clients on market trends which can be converted to business opportunities
• Generate ideas in accordance to market conditions and capitalize on any opportunities via treasury solutions
• Conduct trainings for client advisors to improve their competency in treasury products
• Undertake other responsibilities or additional tasks as required from time to time for the good of the business

Job Requirements

• A recognized tertiary education with at least min 10 years (to cater to different segments from Wealth Banking to Privilege Reserve) of relevant experience, with equities/securities, foreign exchange or fixed income background
• Possess the relevant accreditations (CMFAS 1B, 5, 6, 6A)
• Self-motivated team player who is able to work under pressure and have high attention to detail
