Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Relationship Management professional to lead sales-driven teams within the Treasures segment. You will manage centre operations, drive performance, and ensure compliant, needs-based selling and service delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, a track record in sales management, and deep understanding of P&L and financial metrics to optimize profitability.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with at least 8 years of experience in banking and finance, preferably with sales management.
• Proven track record leading sales management teams with at least 2 years of managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial costing, including P&L management and marketing strategies.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and people management skills across staff levels.

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of accountability for assigned centres' operations and service delivery.
• Review and implement work processes, procedures and audit controls to meet regulatory requirements.
• Manage the customer base and operating complexities within the centre.
• Lead and drive sales performance for individuals and the team to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Degree Holder with minimum 8 years of work experience in banking and finance industry, preferably with a good track record in sales management

• Proven success leading sales management teams with minimum 2 years of managerial experience.

• Good knowledge of financial costing, including P&L management and business marketing strategies and techniques

• Strong leadership, interpersonal and people management skills with the ability to relate and manage all levels of staff.
