Qualifications

• 3-5 years prior experience in the financial services, preferably in the commodity sector, trade finance or related sectors.
• Commercial minded and collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to develop solutions.
• Ability to build trusted partnerships internally and externally.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and execution excellence.
• Collaborative team player with a global mindset and high integrity.
• Good analytical skill with clear thought process.
• Resourceful and resilient in dealing with challenging situations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Origination of new clients and management of existing TCF clients in Asia Pacific.
• Structure and execute transactions with clients, product, risk, legal, compliance and operations.
• Collaborate with the TMO and operations to ensure robust execution of flow trade transactions.
• Support growth of ING's wallet share across Financial Markets, Transaction Services, Capital Markets, and advisory services.
• Implement TCF/Asia Pacific strategies with focus on risk management and regulatory compliance.
