Business Partner & Solutions
You will help to explore new, and existing technology to support our strategic, and operational business needs across our Public Markets, Private Markets, Total Portfolio Risk, Corporate Services, and Enterprise Solutions.

What will you do as a Product Manager?

  • Work with the business to define product vision and technology strategy for trading analytics solutions, focusing on transaction and market data analysis in the Front Office space
  • Define and maintain product roadmap that outlines features and functionalities specific to trading analytics, prioritizing initiatives that align with business goals and technical feasibility to enhance trading performance and analytics capabilities
  • Drive best practices for product improvements and maintenance, ensure the highest quality and standards are applied
  • Working closely with quant leads, technology leads, engineering teams and designers, as well as business stakeholders to shape the product vision, roadmap, features prioritization, driving positive business outcomes
  • Ensure dynamic, incremental, and continuous delivery of the product that brings measurable value to the business in an agile and sustainable manner
  • Interact with financial institutions, international banks and brokers, vendors and solution providers to gather new insights and requirements for new initiatives


What makes you a successful candidate?

  • At least 10 years of experience in the financial markets with a deep understanding of trading ecosystems, market data requirement, quant teams needs and trading analytics tools
  • Good understanding of product management practices, including product discovery methodologies, with experience in driving product development through data-driven insights
  • Proficient in Agile software development methodologies, with hands on experience in working as part of highly effective Agile software development team using Scrum, Kanban, or other agile frameworks
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic environment, communicate effectively with business stakeholders, quant leads, technology leads, software developers and IT subject matter experts
  • Hands on experience in conducting business analysis functions, stakeholder management, solution designing, and software test planning, specifically in the context of trading analytics
  • Domain experience in Big Data use cases (such as in market, transactions, and analytics data) is highly desired
  • Experience as a technologist in the front office, including roles such as program/project manager, business analyst, or software engineer, is highly advantageous
  • Experience in KDB, Market Data Management, Python analytics and AI applications is preferred
