Position Title: Vice President - Service Delivery and Process Optimization

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Strategy: Oversee strategic initiatives, ensure high-quality reports, and develop innovative methodologies.
  • Management and Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team, conduct performance reviews, and support professional growth.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with client managers, address escalations, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to company strategy, identify market trends, and align activities across departments.
  • Automation and Process Improvement: Lead automation efforts, identify process improvements, and leverage technology to enhance workflows.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent the organization at industry events, publish thought leadership content, and stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience in HR, talent management, or workforce analytics sectors.
  • Strong data analysis and report writing skills.
  • Excellent leadership and client management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences preferred.
  • Experience in process transformation, data sciences, and optimization is desirable.
  • Relevant experience in HR data and Salesforce Analytics.

This role focuses on internal process optimization, automation roadmap ownership, and does not require HR expertise but a solid data analytics background. The new hire will inherit and lead the automation initiatives.
