VP, Specialist, Strategic Business Planning, Private Banking, Consumer Banking Group

The role will be responsible for planning and executing client events, managing marketing materials, preparing management reporting decks, and tracking cognitive banking initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Event Organisation:
    • Plan and execute client events, ensuring seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
    • Work with business teams to identify target clients and develop engagement strategies.
    • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, invitations, guest lists, and post-event follow-ups.
    • Track conversion rate post event.
  2. Marketing Materials Updates:
    • Oversee the creation of client-facing marketing materials that align with the WPFOIS's brand and product offerings.
    • Ensure marketing collateral is regularly updated with the latest developments by working with internal stakeholders.
    • Work with compliance and legal teams to ensure all materials adhere to regulatory requirements.
  3. Management Reporting & Deck Preparation:
    • Prepare management reporting decks for business reviews, strategy discussions, and performance tracking.
    • Collate and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior management reporting.
    • Support ad-hoc management reporting requests, ensuring data accuracy and presentation quality.
    • Track success rate for Family Office Risk Solutions in collaboration with Chubb and Bupa.
  4. Drive Cognitive Banking Initiatives:
    • Track digital and cognitive banking initiatives, including eNotes conversion rate and Wealth Copilot take up rate.
    • Identify target audience for specific client outreach programs, provide insights on banking solutions and track client engagement outcomes.
    • Analyse data to assess the effectiveness of communication initiatives and suggest improvements.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or marketing within a financial institution.
  • Skills:
    • Strong project management and event organization skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and generate strategic insights for management reporting.
    • Experience with marketing automation tools and client outreach strategies.
    • Knowledge of financial products, tax-related solutions, and banking regulations.
    • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and other presentation tools.
