DBS Group Audit prides itself with the use of Digital & Data in enhancing audit effectiveness and efficiency. To that end, the Group Audit Data Analytics & Platform team is responsible for driving innovation in Digital & Data and Transformation to help audit teams uncover risks and control weakness across different markets and advance the digital auditing journey.

DBS Group Audit is looking for a motivated and experienced specialist in Digital Transformation (VP) to join our Audit Platform team.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze digital and data trends relevant to the audit function, including new digital business models, data analytics, etc..
• Research and recommend emerging technologies, including AI and GenAI, to enhance Group Audit's processes and drive innovation.
• Develop and implement digital and data transformation roadmaps, outlining business needs, appropriate technologies, and adoption strategies.
• Lead the implementation of new technologies and drive adoption and central communication across all Group Audit teams.
• Manage change effectively, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align digital transformation initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Measure and demonstrate the value realised through the usage of digital tools and AI/Gen AI solutions

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree (or higher) with minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in driving digital, data or analytic transformation
• Strong understanding of digital and data trends in the financial industry.
• Knowledge of AI and GenAI technologies and their applications.
• Skilled in storyboarding for the transformation strategy on AI and digital transformation initiatives.
• Skilled in communication and presentation.
• Proven ability to drive change management initiatives.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent powerpoint skills.
• Independent, self-motivated, proactive team player and can work under pressure.
• Prior IT consultancy background a plus.
