Job summary

SGX Group is seeking product-minded software engineers to turn ambiguous problems into production systems. You’ll partner with stakeholders, prototype rapidly, and harden solutions for regulated environments. This generalist role requires building and orchestrating AI agents across the SDLC.

You’ll work in a high-quality, security-conscious setting with distributed systems, messaging, and modern runtimes. Expect pace, rigor, and collaboration across teams to deliver robust platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering with production ownership.
• Experience orchestrating AI agents across the SDLC.
• Fluency in two or more modern languages and willingness to learn.
• Strong foundations in distributed systems and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Own initiatives end-to-end from requirements to release and operation
• Move from idea to prototype quickly, then production systems
• Apply AI agentically across the full SDLC and contribute to internal tools
• Define release readiness, testing, observability, and security
• Design and integrate distributed systems with messaging and orchestration
