Job summary

SGX Group is seeking product-minded engineers to drive initiatives from ambiguous problems to robust production systems. You will partner with stakeholders to shape what gets built, prototype rapidly to validate direction, and harden results for reliable operation.

This generalist role emphasizes building and orchestrating AI agents across the SDLC. Operating in a regulated capital-markets environment, expect a strong emphasis on quality, security, and operational rigour as you help deliver

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with production ownership.
AI-native ways of working: orchestrating coding agents and agentic workflows.
Fluency in at least two modern languages and willingness to learn new ones.

Responsibilities

Own initiatives end-to-end: clarify requirements with stakeholders and see through release and operation.
Move from idea to working prototype quickly and evolve it into production systems.
Apply AI agentically across the full SDLC and contribute back to internal tooling.
Define release readiness: test strategy, rollout plans, observability, and maintain security and docs.
Design and integrate distributed systems with messaging, orchestration, and high-performance protocols.
