About the Department
Job Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Relationship Manager to join our Industry Groups. You will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships within our small- and medium-sized enterprise (SME) in the Real Estate Sector.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of SME clients, acting as the main point of contact for all banking needs.
2. Conduct regular reviews with clients to understand their business operations, financial performance, and banking requirements.
3. Advise clients on a wide range of financial services, including loans, deposits, cash management, and trade finance requirements.
4. Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to meet clients' evolving needs.
5. Work closely with internal teams (e.g., product specialists, credit analysts) to design and implement financial solutions that meet clients' requirements.
6. Monitor clients' financial health and industry trends to proactively address needs and mitigate risks.
7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Job Requirements

1. Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or Banking & Finance.
2. At least 7 years of credit and marketing experience in handling local SME businesses.
3. Deep understanding of the Real Estate industry landscape.
4. Highly-motivated self-starter with strong analytical skills, excellent business acumen, and the ability to deliver targets.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
