Business Function

Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans, foreign exchange amongst others. Through our continued commitment, DBS has cultivated long-standing relationships with its customers in the region that are based on account relationship management, service differentiation, product development and rigorous credit standards.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the account opening and customer onboarding journey squads to drive new customer acquisitions, channel strategy and ensure a seamless customer/employee journey
  • Develop compelling regional propositions that align with customer needs, industry trends and segment strategies
  • Translate product features into clear, benefit-driven message and value propositions, taking into consideration regional nuances
  • Collaborate with marketing and frontline teams to create sales collateral, pitch decks, and digital content
  • Partner closely with Relationship Managers (RMs) and Sales to drive uptake of products and propositions
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and conduct product training to boost RM confidence and customer adoption
  • Develop customer journey flows and solution bundling strategies to deepen engagement and cross-sell
  • Liaise with internal teams across IBG, Digital, Finance, Risk, Operations, Product and Legal to align proposition execution
  • Drive internal engagement and conversations regionally with best practices and data-backed insights
Requirements
  • Degree holder with minimum 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in product management, propositions, digital onboarding, commercial cards, payments, FX, transaction banking, or related financial services roles
  • Proven track record of developing and launching banking solutions for corporate and SME clients
  • Out-of-the-box thinker and creative problem solver who can manage complexities and ambiguities
  • Self-starter with strong business acumen, independent and able to rise to challenges and meet deadlines effectively
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and project execution skills
  • Proficiency in using data tools (e.g. Excel, QlikSense) to analyse product performance and identify growth levers
  • Familiar with agile and design thinking principles (4D approach)
