Job Description Summary
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused professional to lead investment communication initiatives within DBS Private Bank’s Investment Product and Advisory (IPA) team for the Consumer Banking Group (CBG).

This role is responsible for driving and managing projects that deliver timely and relevant investment ideas to the Front Office and end clients, improving engagement, advisory effectiveness, and investment activity. The role is not marketing-oriented but focused on building internal capabilities, processes, and tools that support scalable and consistent investment content delivery across regions and segments.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end initiatives that enable the delivery of timely, actionable investment ideas to the Front Office and end clients, supporting advisory effectiveness and product uptake.

  • Design and enhance IPA investment communication platforms and tools to support scalable and consistent idea distribution.

  • Maintain and continuously improve existing initiatives by managing change implementation and post-launch optimization, ensuring alignment with Front Office workflows and client needs.

  • Define and manage governance models, operating frameworks, and performance metrics to ensure sustainability and accountability of communication processes.

  • Act as the investment product representative in firm-wide and cross-functional projects to ensure IPA investment content flows seamlessly across digital and advisory channels.

  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders including investment product teams, CIO office, digital platform teams, and control functions to deliver on strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • Min 10 years of experience in investment product management or financial services consulting, with a strong understanding of investment processes and advisory platforms

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with a proactive, self-starter mindset

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and outcomes-driven approach

  • Experience leading cross-functional projects within financial institutions

  • Regional exposure and familiarity with private banking is a plus, though not essential
