Job Purpose

Real Estate Finance Group in SPDA is seeking a VP to lead the execution and oversight of real estate financing transactions to support strategic growth initiatives across the region.

This role is responsible for driving end-to-end deal execution, coordinating with internal stakeholders—including credit, risk, legal, and compliance—and ensuring alignment with institutional standards and governance frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities and a collaborative mindset to support business growth in the property finance vertical.

Job Responsibilities

• Support senior team members in marketing and growing the property finance business in Asia Pacific
• Lead end-to-end deal execution and documentation
• Lead in internal processes with management, credit, risk, legal and compliance departments
• Prepare and review credit applications, cash flow projections and property memos
• Support in the monitoring and analysis of the property loan portfolio in Asia Pacific

Job Requirements

• University graduate in real estate, business, finance or related discipline
• 7 to 10 years' experience with a commercial bank, investment bank and/or real estate fund
• Understanding of the real estate market in Asia with good credit sense
• Fluent in written and spoken English and one other language widely used in Asia
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Proactive and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Strong team player with a positive attitude
• Well organised with attention to detail
