DBS Group Audit prides itself with the use of Data Analytics & Digital in enhancing audit effectiveness and efficiency. To that end, the Group Audit Data Analytics & Platform (DAP) team is responsible for driving innovation in Analytics & Digital to help audit teams uncover risks and control weakness across different markets and advance the Digital Auditing journey.
DBS Group Audit is looking for a motivated and experienced Platform Coordinator to join our Audit Platform team.
Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering and Solution Design: Work closely with business auditors across multiple audit functions and locations to understand their requirements. Optimise workflows and designs in the Audit Workbench to remove auditor toils and improve operational efficiency.
- Project Execution and Delivery: Work with the Product Owner to prioritize Group Audit's digital initiatives, BAU enhancements and production fixes. Establish delivery plan and partner with Technology teams in executing the plan. Actively monitor delivery status and ensure timely delivery. Perform SIT testing of new implementations and facilitate UAT testing with all audit teams.
- Platform Coordination: Monitor Platform RAID log and support Platform Leads in risk mitigation and issue resolution. Collaborate with Technology PMO team and proactively manage Platform resourcing and financials.
- Value Realisation: Work with the Platform Lead, Data Chapter Lead and COO team to measure and demonstrate the value realised through the usage of digital tools and AI/GenAI solutions. This includes quantifying improvements in productivity and identifying other key benefits.
- Change Management: Facilitate the change management process to drive awareness and adoption. This includes reinforcing business value and effectively translating technical concepts to business stakeholders, including senior management.
- Mentorship and Guidance: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering their professional development and contributing to the team's overall success.
Requirements- A bachelor's degree (or higher) with minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in driving digital, data or analytic transformation
- Proven track record of leading and delivering complex projects
- Proficient in database design and SQL queries
- Knowledge in banking and audit is a plus
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience
- Skilled in storyboarding for AI and digital transformation initiatives, including developing presentations for senior stakeholders
- Good interpersonal skill and stakeholder management skill
- Independent, self-motivated, team player and can work under pressure
