Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent English writing and ability to translate ideas into concise, engaging content.
• Strong presentation skills to interpret business information using PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Power-BI.
• 8 to 15 years of relevant experience in real estate or workplace strategy.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders in formal and informal settings.
• Experience using AI platforms to support design-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Good understanding of Industry Workplace Strategy with a deep understanding of data analytics while delivering design management.
• Integrate with OSS Team and drive Change Management to promote awareness; lead Workplace Transformation.
• Be competent in industry-related workplace strategy, including People Agenda aspects.
• Develop content for change communications collateral and tools for design concepts.
• Influence UOB Business stakeholders on recommended HPW and workplace strategy approaches.

Job responsibilities

• Good understanding of Industry Workplace Strategy (ie. in office & retail branch spaces), with a deep understanding of data analytics while delivering design management
• Able to integrate with OSS Team and conjunction to drive “Change Management” to promote awareness Lead Workplace Transformationand set up robust ‘deviation’ process and check and balance for the established HPW ‘playbook’ and update regularly
• Be competent and knowledgeable in industry related workplace strategy, incl. People Agenda related aspects
• Assist in developing content for a range of change communications collaterals & tools required for the design and its concept
• Influence UOB Business stakeholders on recommended approachfor HPW & workplace strategy
• Embrace the hybrid workplace setting, familiar with UOB’s related policy and wellness practices such as. Flexible Work Arrangement (FWA), etc. and able to keep up with trends in current affairs
• Able to be independent and manage issues and crisis as appropriate and when need arises, but always stay aligned with relevant leadership
• Ensure good quality and consistency in materials produced and published, always have an agile & growth mindset
• Have good AI related platform to perform above mentioned tasks and able to leverage these AI platforms to execute internal design related tasks

Job requirements

• Good understanding of our real estate business, its potential impact and communicating and fleshing out ideas to create awareness
• Good presentation skills to interpret business information and data leveraged on PowerPoint, Excel, Words and Power-BI
• A thinker and doer with strong problems solving skills and interpersonal skills Soft skills –
• A people person who can effectively engage in both formal and an informal setting
• Excellent English writing skill with the ability to bring about ideas to life in a concise and engaging manner
• A good 8 to 15 years of relevant experience
• Have good AI related platforms and use these AI platforms to execute design related tasks
