About the Department
We are building and expanding the best digital bank in ASEAN. Traditional retail banking is rapidly changing, and we are rethinking our strategy, business model, and propositions to stay relevant. TMRW, our digital-only bank launched in Indonesia and Thailand, aims to empower the digital generation with innovative banking solutions powered by AI, machine learning, data analytics, and mobile technology.
Since its launch, TMRW has received numerous awards, including Best Digital Bank in ASEAN. As we grow, we seek entrepreneurial, open-minded team players eager to learn and take on multiple roles in a dynamic, start-up environment.
Job Responsibilities
Collaborative Digital Platform Development
- Work with Digital Platform Lead and Function Lead for end-to-end implementation of digital platform capabilities for TMRW across the region.
- Serve as a key contact, maintaining relationships with users, service providers, technology, and operations teams.
- Assist in developing the overall digital platform strategy for TMRW.
- Lead projects and change management, including business case development, requirements gathering, approvals, and coordination with tech and business teams.
- Help define KPIs and SLAs for vendor performance to ensure successful delivery of digital services.
Operational and Customer Journey Management
- Collaborate to build operational requirements for platform deployment.
- Conduct customer and staff immersions to gather insights and identify pain points and opportunities.
- Design, develop, and implement new customer journeys and improve existing ones.
- Align new journeys across different countries within the regional model.
- Manage product backlog, ensuring transparency and readiness for roadmaps.
Insights and Continuous Improvement
- Gather insights from market trends, customer feedback, and analytics.
- Provide actionable insights for strategic decisions.
- Maintain an insights library to support informed decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- PMP, Design Thinking, LEAN, Agile certifications preferred
- 8-10 years of experience in digital capabilities and product ownership roles
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, backlog management, and tools like JIRA and Confluence
- Knowledge of digital service interaction models and banking applications
- Experience in customer journey mapping, design thinking, and human-centered design
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and creative skills
