Business Function

Global Transaction Services (GTS) comprises of Cash & Trade, Securities Services and Fiduciary Services. In an increasingly borderless world marked by burgeoning trade flow, expertise in trade finance services is an invaluable asset. With cash the lifeblood of every company, so too, is a good understanding of how to manage these cashflows. Trade Finance, together with Cash Management, is the mainstay of GTS, and is extended to SME and corporate clients for their local and cross-border financial transaction needs.

Key Accountabilities
  • Lead commercialisation of product initiatives and solutions of Accounts Receivables Purchase (ARP) for large corporates, mid caps and SMEs globally.
  • Provide support in revenue growth opportunities and trends within product offerings.
  • Lead and support of harmonizing processes and policies across the region.
Responsibilities
  • Commercialise and support product initiatives globally for growth and harmonisation of policies and processes.
  • Partner Global Transaction Sales (GTS) and Institutional Banking Group (IBG) Relationship Managers closely to support delivery of open account financing solutions.
  • Engage and work closely with Product partners across the bank network to provide comprehensive guidance in product solutions.
  • Engage with Risk, Technology and Operations partners to strengthen Product offering and enhance technology and processing infrastructures and controls.
Requirements
  • Min 10 years of relevant working experience
  • Keen knowledge of Open Account Trade product, credit risk and controls
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills, and analytical skills
  • Motivated and energetic team player
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and exposure to key geographies in Asia
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related discipline
