    Job Title: Vice President Operations (Resorts)Location: MumbaiExperience Required: Minimum 10+ Years in Hospitality OperationsEducation: Degree/Diploma in Hotel ManagementIndustry: Hospitality / Hotel / Resort OperationsJob Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Vice President Operations to oversee and drive the performance of our multiple resort properties located in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of managing multi-property operations, establishing strategic B2B partnerships, and delivering operational excellence across all aspects of resort management.Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership:Provide strategic direction and leadership for the operational performance of all resort properties under the portfolio. Multi-Property Oversight:Manage daily operations, quality standards, revenue targets, and guest experience across all resorts to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Business Development & B2B Tie-ups:Drive growth through strategic B2B tie-ups, travel trade partnerships, and corporate alliances to increase occupancy and brand reach. Operational Excellence:Implement and monitor SOPs, optimize cost-efficiency, and ensure service delivery meets luxury and quality benchmarks. Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and develop property-level General Managers and departmental heads to maintain a high-performance culture. Financial Management:Monitor budgets, P&Ls, and operational KPIs to ensure profitability and sustainable growth. Guest Experience Management:Uphold superior guest satisfaction scores and proactively resolve escalated concerns or complaints. Compliance & Safety:Ensure full compliance with health, safety, legal, and brand regulations across all properties.Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 10+ years of experience in hotel or resort operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing multiple properties. Strong background in luxury or boutique resort management. Hotel Management Degree/Diploma from a reputed institute is mandatory. Demonstrated success in B2B partnerships and strategic alliances within the hospitality sector. Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
