Vice President (VP) of Operations at Cornea
As the Vice President (VP) of Operations at Cornea, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with strategic goals. Your responsibilities will encompass managing manufacturing, logistics, IT, and service functions while driving performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Leading cross-functional teams across manufacturing, logistics, IT, and service departments.
- Overseeing manufacturing, supply chain, and vendor management to optimize efficiency.
- Streamlining workflows, implementing scalable systems, and tracking KPIs for operational excellence.
- Ensuring effective customer support and resource management.
- Collaborating with IT to maintain secure infrastructure and ERP systems.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and mitigating operational risks.
- Partnering with leadership to align operations with strategic goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management with proven leadership skills.
- Expertise in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and ERP systems.
- Experience in display manufacturing or related industries is advantageous.
Skills and Attributes:

- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of compliance and risk management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): efficiency metrics, cost control, customer satisfaction, team performance.
You will report directly to the CEO and oversee Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehouse, Service, and IT Managers. This is a full-time, in-person, day shift role located at our facilities.
Note: Having 9 years of experience in warehouse management is considered a preferred qualification.
