Job summary

Citi is seeking an Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst to drive new or revised application systems in coordination with the Technology team. The role leads systems analysis, programming activities, and adherence to the architecture blueprint.

You will mentor mid-level developers, manage priorities, and ensure risk-aware decision making with strict governance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis.
• Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications.
• Subject Matter Expert in at least one area of Applications Development.
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly and demonstrate leadership and PM skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to integrate functions and deploy new products and improvements.
• Resolve high impact problems through evaluation of business and system processes.
• Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure alignment with architecture.
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Understand how architecture and infrastructure integrate to meet goals.
• Provide in-depth analysis and develop innovative solutions.
• Coach mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as needed.
• Assess risk and drive compliance with laws, rules, and Citi policies.
