A leading company in the digital assets ecosystem seeks a high-performing sales leader to drive growth by managing strategic relationships with institutional clients. This role involves navigating complex sales cycles and delivering tailored solutions within a fast-evolving sector, necessitating strong communication and negotiation skills.
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a high-performing sales leader to spearhead institutional growth across the digital assets ecosystem. This role focuses on acquiring and managing strategic relationships with key players in the Web3 space, including trading platforms, OTC partners, and private clients. You'll play a vital role in driving transactional revenue, shaping commercial strategy, and expanding market presence in a fast-evolving sector.
Responsibilities
Originate, close, and grow revenue-generating relationships with institutional clients in the digital assets space (e.g., exchanges, OTC desks, and HNW clients)
Deliver tailored solutions across custody, settlement, on/off-ramp services, and digital asset liquidity
Navigate complex sales cycles and lead deal structuring, negotiation, and execution
Build deep and lasting partnerships through proactive relationship management and trusted advisory
Provide timely market insights to support internal product and commercial strategies
Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, compliance, product, and operations to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery
Maintain a high-quality pipeline with clear forecasting and reporting to senior leadership
Requirements
4 to 6 years of success in institutional sales or business development roles within crypto or digital assets
Strong knowledge of digital asset infrastructure including custody, stablecoins, and tokenized finance
Demonstrated track record of driving deal flow and managing senior-level relationships
Deep industry network across exchanges, OTC desks, Web3 platforms, family offices, and other institutional players
Entrepreneurial mindset, confident in navigating new opportunities and market shifts
Excellent communication, negotiation, and commercial presentation skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, STEM, or related field
