Position Summary

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will be a trusted HR partner for our leaders, managers, and employees, offering valuable consultation and driving the execution of key HR initiatives across the organization. You will provide support across various HR topics, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, L&D, Culture, whilst ensuring alignment with business objectives and enhancing overall employee engagement. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in promoting Hex Trust’s multicultural and vibrant community, positioning the organization as an exceptional place to work.

Responsibilities

[6-8 months contract]

  1. Business Partnership
    • Collaborate closely with the HR team and department leaders to identify HR needs and create tailored solutions.
    • Support the implementation of learning and development (L&D) initiatives to enhance employee skills and promote career growth.
    • Assist in designing and executing talent management strategies aimed at improving employee engagement and retention.
    • In charge of HRBP for other sites: Singapore, Dubai offices.
    • Prepare and check the payrolls for VN, DB, SG.
  2. Talent Acquisition
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and negotiations.
    • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide market insights to facilitate informed hiring decisions.
    • Be able to recruit Tech and Non-tech positions.
  3. Talent Management
    • Support performance management processes, including goal setting and conducting performance reviews.
    • Develop succession planning and career development strategies.
    • Foster a culture of continuous feedback and enhance employee engagement.
  4. Office Management
    • Manage vendors (Office leasing, Payroll-Accounting-Legal vendor, travel agencies for company/business trip, etc).
    • In charge of some basic admin tasks monthly: order snacks for the office, send parcels/merchandise to other offices in the Group when needed.
    • At least have basic knowledge about a full cycle operation of how a Tech company in VN works to cross check/suggest solutions for regular reports and compliance of the VN office (HR reports, Accounting reports, Legal documents).

Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in HR, focusing on business partnering and Ops, talent management, and talent acquisition.
  • As a growing business, proven experience in end-to-end global hiring for both front and back office roles, including tech and non-tech positions in Finance or Technology is a must.
  • Hands-on experience with talent management frameworks, including succession planning, performance reviews, and engagement surveys.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and multicultural environment.
  • Actively contribute to the department’s efforts to elevate both Employer Branding and Employee Value Proposition.
  • Good understanding of learning and development principles is a plus.
  • Technically proficient and confident in using various HR systems; skilled in analyzing people data and translating it into actionable insights that drive informed business decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
