Job summary

Flywire, a global payments enablement company, seeks a Vice President to lead the end-to-end payer experience across its platform. You will own checkout, payment flows, translations, and loyalty strategies on a worldwide scale, reporting to the Chief Payments Officer.

You will guide a global product team, partner with Engineering, Analytics and Commercial leaders, and drive AI-driven enhancements to increase conversions and reduce friction for millions of payers.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Product Management experience with at least 5 years in VP leadership.
• Extensive experience owning global consumer payment products or fintech platforms serving millions of users.
• Proven success improving payment conversion, engagement, and UX across international ecosystems.
• Experience building loyalty, retention, or recurring engagement programs within payments or fintech.
• Strong strategy for modernizing large-scale platforms and consolidating legacy products.
• Deep understanding of UX, localization, accessibility, and customer-centric product development.
• Experience partnering with engineering to deliver scalable payment platforms.
• Knowledge of regulated payment markets including India, China, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Define vision and strategy for every payer-facing payment experience across Flywire.
• Own Hosted Payment Pages, Checkout, payment flows, translations, notifications, email communications, and overall UX.
• Establish global quality standards and ensure consistent experiences across all products and regions.
• Improve payment completion, conversion, and customer satisfaction through continuous optimization.
• Lead localization strategies across highly regulated global markets including India, China, and other complex regions.
• Build Flywire's first global payer loyalty strategy and metrics.
• Collaborate with Payments Monetization to balance customer experience with business outcomes.
• Drive modernization by consolidating fragmented experiences into a unified platform.
