Qualifications

• 7 – 12 years of experience in technology with 3–5 years in data science/analytics.
• At least 2–3 years in advanced analytical models/tools (ML).
• Experience on large-scale analytics projects.
• Experience in Fraud / Financial Crime analytics.
• Monitor and report fraud data to drive improvement in detection.
• Clear communication of technical results to varied audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Build fraud analytics capabilities, including models and dashboards.
• Maintain and retrain analytical models to prevent drift.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to incorporate feedback.
• Develop model narratives with stakeholders and data science team.
• Participate in end-to-end model development from data wrangling to validation.
