The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced finance leader to head our Finance Operations team. This is a high-impact role that requires strategic oversight, operational excellence, and a passion for driving transformation in a fast-paced financial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Finance Operations team to ensure high performance and continuous development.
- Oversee core finance functions including payments, receipts, reconciliations, and accounting entries.
- Ensure accuracy in client and broker reconciliations, investment tagging, and reporting.
- Review and enhance AML transaction monitoring processes.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance and transparency.
- Champion process improvements and automation initiatives to drive operational efficiency.
- Provide strategic support for finance transformation projects and new product launches.
- Manage ad-hoc projects with agility and a solution-oriented mindset.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance operations, preferably within the securities or financial services industry.
- Proven track record in leading teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of finance automation and digital transformation.
