Job summary
GIC seeks a senior Endpoint & Device Management Engineer to own the platform engineering for 5,000+ Windows endpoints, 500 macOS devices, and 3,000 mobile devices across multiple time zones. Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on experience with enterprise endpoint platforms and policy design.
- Proven ability to implement zero-touch provisioning and device life-cycle management.
- Strong packaging and deployment capability across Windows and macOS.
- Experience operating in financial services or regulated environments.
Responsibilities
- Own the design, build and run of enterprise endpoint management platforms (Intune, Entra ID, Autopilot, MECM, Jamf).
- Define target-state architectures across Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS and Android.
- Engineer device configurations, baselines and compliance policies as code.
- Manage enrolment, provisioning, configuration, and retirement of devices.
- Lead patching, vulnerability remediation and security baseline adoption.
