DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Conduct research, source, and qualify potential investors. Work closely with the team to plan and execute investor engagement strategies.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors, including regular communication and reporting on portfolio performance.
  3. Assist in the fundraising process such as due-diligence questionnaires, road shows, marketing deck preparation, and manage the reporting of the fund’s progress to investors and investor inquiries.
  4. Align investment strategy with investor needs in collaboration with the team.
  5. Organise investor events, such as annual meetings and conferences.
  6. Manage any ad hoc assignments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, or related field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in Investor Relations, Business Development, or Fundraising within the Private Equity or Asset Management industry.
  3. Proven track record in managing relationships with institutional investors.
  4. Existing network of investors is an advantage.
  5. Strong understanding of PE/VC investment processes and market landscape.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
