Responsibilities

Financial planning is an important pillar for the bank. As part of this, we are looking to build an O2O journey to regionalise wealth capabilities across our 6 key markets.
  • Spearhead the development of a comprehensive end-to-end customer experience strategy, integrating digital and in-person assisted journeys.
  • Regionalize the digital wealth planning platform by expanding financial planning modules across digital and relationship manager (RM) assisted channels, enhancing our investment and insurance offerings.
  • Enhance and streamline customer journeys to support the Treasures International proposition.
  • Serve as the Product Manager for Client Connect for India and Singapore, overseeing product development, fostering adoption, facilitating change management, and managing customer and employee feedback.
  • Establish an effective collaboration model with product, franchise, design, delivery, and technology teams.
  • Apply a data-driven approach and leverage analytics tools to inform decision-making processes.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of user needs and collaborate with design, product, data, delivery, and technical partners to deliver exemplary Employee Journeys/Customer Journeys.
  • Effectively communicate the vision and product requirements to the Delivery and Tech teams within our collaborative "2 in a box" partnership.
  • Ensure uniform implementation across various channels and cross-functional features in all markets.
  • Uphold proper governance, stakeholder management, and communication protocols.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to ensure the delivery, scope, and management of dependencies.
  • Ensure stakeholders adhere to established business plans, including deadlines for discovery, design, usability testing, etc.
  • Embed the cognitive banking vision and utilization of data insights fully into the organization.
