Job Purpose:
You will develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience across our physical branches. This includes market analysis, performance data analysis, and identifying opportunities to optimize and transform branch network and align them with overall bank strategy. You will play a key role in ensuring excellent service delivery at our physical touch-points.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans for branch banking, aligned with the overall business objectives, encompassing both current and future branch networks.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, considering factors such as demographics, competition, and market demand.
Develop and manage budgets for strategic initiatives pertaining to branch banking.
Lead cross-functional project teams to execute strategic plans, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Effectively manage stakeholder relationships across different departments and levels within the organization
Prepare and present on progress and results to senior management
Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions to improve branch efficiency and customer experience across all branches.
Collaborate with real estate and construction teams to ensure existing and new branch locations are strategically selected and efficiently developed.
Oversee and coach team members
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree with at least 8 years of relevant working experience.
Strong communication, presentation skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paced and work under time pressure.
Curious, strategy-minded, able to operate in a systematic manner, and have excellent planning skills.
Proven project management expertise.and advanced analytical skills
