As the VP of Business Development, you will have a pivotal role in identifying and securing new Enterprise clients. This position presents a distinctive opportunity to utilize our extensive global presence across 45 countries to drive substantial business growth.Your responsibilities will involve developing and presenting tailored business cases that highlight our CCaaS outsourcing capabilities for contact center and customer experience delivery, both domestically and internationally. Your expertise will not only aid in acquiring new clients but also in reinforcing our standing as an industry leader.Primary Job Responsibilities- Formulate client-specific and vertical strategies to acquire new business in the Enterprise sector.- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities by leveraging social selling techniques and industry connections, with a focus on BPO and CX engagements.- Serve as a trusted advisor to client prospects, showcasing a profound understanding of their business drivers and offering solutions through effective sales strategies.- Manage a sales pipeline to ensure consistent progress and attainment of sales targets.- Lead the preparation and submission of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), collaborating with internal teams to create compelling proposals that meet clients" needs.- Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities.- Lead negotiations to secure new business, ensuring favorable terms while complying with organizational policies.Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.- 5-7+ years of sales experience, recognized as a thought leader in your vertical.- Demonstrated sales performance with a deep understanding of key players, trends, client pain points, and solutions.- Proficient in vertical specifics, including regulatory and market dynamics.- Extensive network within the vertical, adept at navigating complex sales cycles and understanding competitive landscapes.- Comprehensive industry knowledge, actively contributing to strategic discussions and client solutions.- Developed innovative strategies impacting the vertical and clients significantly.- Proficient in contact center operations and strategies for achieving key performance metrics in an enterprise sales role.- Recognized as an industry expert by peers and clients; speaking engagements at conferences are a plus.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences.- Collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team culture.- Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.Pre-Employment RequirementsOffers of employment are conditional upon successfully completing and passing a criminal background check that reviews all criminal activity in every area of residence for the past seven years.,
