Job summary

Tangspac Search Private Limited is seeking a Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager to lead and deliver corporate system initiatives across HR, corporate communications, and marketing platforms.

You will partner with business leaders, technology teams and external vendors to drive digital transformation, system implementations, and ongoing enhancements within a regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Business Analysis and/or Project Management in banking or regulated environments.
• Experience with HR systems or corporate communications/marketing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Drive requirements gathering, functional specs, and solution design aligned with business objectives.
• Manage project planning, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of corporate system initiatives across HR, communications, and marketing domains.
• Oversee UAT planning, execution, defect management and production rollout.
• Partner with HR, communications, marketing, and technology stakeholders for smooth delivery and adoption.
• Conduct process reviews, gap analysis, and optimization to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Provide leadership and clear communication to senior stakeholders on status, risks, and outcomes.

JobRequirements

• ProvenexperienceworkingwithHRsystems(e.g.,Workday,SAPSuccessFactors)orWorkfloworCorporateCommunicationsplatforms,orMarketingapplications.
• StrongunderstandingofcorporateprocessessuchasHRoperations,employeeengagement,internalcommunications,ormarketingworkflows.
• Solidexperienceinrequirementsgathering,functionaldocumentation,solutiondesign,andstakeholdermanagement.
