Business Function

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities
  • Drives the digital transformation and strategy for SG Consumer Banking Operations.
  • Key project management resource to drive end-to-end strategic initiatives covering digital and business transformation, driving operational efficiency as well as effective change management.
  • Liaise with the business sponsor, product owner and other stakeholders to establish priorities for delivery.
  • Set up Project Steering Committees and provides Senior Management and Stakeholders with project milestones, status, steers for executive decision or escalation.
  • Establish and maintain project plan. Ensures that implementation actions, issues and risk are identified and addressed effectively.
Requirements

This job is for an experienced Project Manager.
  • Proven successful project delivery experience, preferably within the Consumer Banking Operations space with minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent.
  • Good understanding of Project Management Lifecycle.
  • Meticulous individual with good time management to oversee and manage multiple deliverables.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable in collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Good team player with ability to work independently.
