Define the Future of AI in Banking | Strategic AI Lead – Global financial services group.

We’re hiring for an exciting, high-impact role that puts you at the forefront of AI innovation in global finance. Join a leading investment bank as they build and operationalise their firmwide AI strategy — shaping how the business uses AI to transform services, achieve value, and stay ahead of the curve.

You'll work closely with the Head of Data & AI Strategy to define, deliver, and embed game-changing AI initiatives across the organisation.

What you’ll be doing

• Shape and execute the firm’s AI strategy

• Partner with the business to identify high-value AI opportunities

• Head cross-functional teams across the full product lifecycle

• Build roadmaps, set milestones, and deliver AI initiatives

• Ensure AI solutions align with governance and policy frameworks

• Be a culture carrier responsible for creating AI awareness and adoption across the firm

What we’re looking for

• 8+ years in strategy (consulting or in-house)

• Demonstrable experience delivering AI strategies that work in the real world

• Demonstrable knowledge of AI/ML technologies and trends

• Track record of creating commercially viable AI solutions

• Understanding of the financial services ecosystem

• Sharp communicator, confident presenter, stakeholder-savvy

Salary: SGD 180,000 – 210,000 + bonus
