Chief Operating Officer's (COO) Office

The COO's Office supports our COO in streamlining operations and aligning them with strategic goals. You will collaborate with the COO, department heads, and stakeholders to achieve operational excellence.

Cyber Security, Information & Technology Risk Management

You will be part of an independent risk management team responsible for protecting the firm’s IT assets, including business data, from external threats and operational risks, facilitating the firm’s digitalization securely.

What will you do as a VP, AI Security Risk Manager?

  1. Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive risk management programs for AI security, ensuring alignment with the firm’s risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
  2. Lead risk assessments, audits, and vulnerability tests on AI systems to identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  3. Stay updated on AI security developments, ensuring systems and protocols are current and compliant with industry standards.
  4. Provide leadership and guidance on AI security best practices, fostering a security-aware culture.
  5. Prepare regular risk and control reports on AI security for senior management, highlighting key issues.
  6. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of cybersecurity risk controls, recommending improvements.
  7. Coordinate with risk functions to ensure a unified audit and risk management approach.

What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in IT risk management, focusing on AI security.
  • Expertise in AI security, including machine learning, data protection, privacy, and adversarial attacks.
  • Experience with AI security measures like robustness testing, adversarial training, federated learning.
  • Knowledge of AI ethics and regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, etc.
  • Strong influencing, problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with risk appetite management, KPI reporting, incident analysis.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations (e.g., MAS guidelines, Cyber Security Act) is advantageous.
  • Professional certifications like CISA, CRISC are a plus.
