Job summary

• 10+ years of experience in full-stack development with React or Vue and Python-based back-end frameworks (FastAPI, Django, Flask).
• Strong understanding of web architecture, APIs, and software design principles.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and message queues.
• Experience deploying in Linux or cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with AI workflow design and AI-native development tools.

What impact can you make in this role?

We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer to develop and operationalize our AI-powered investment systems for private equity. You will shape how we invest in the AI era. You will be responsible for building front-end interfaces, back-end services, data processing workflows, and deployment processes - leveraging AI-native development tools to accelerate delivery and improve efficiency.

The ideal candidate combines strong Full-Stack engineering capabilities with working knowledge of data pipelines and deployment environments, a deep curiousity about the latest advancements in AI technologies, and hands-on experience using AI tools to automate and accelerate software development.

What will you do in this role?

• Implement and operationalize system components into production-ready applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, AI scientists and engineers to translate product requirements into detailed technical specifications and development plans.
• Develop and maintain scalable front-end interfaces and back-end services using modern frameworks and best practices.
• Build and optimize data processing workflows, including data extraction, transformation, integration pipelines, and feature engineering to support AI models and applications.
• Deploy applications to designated environments, implement monitoring solutions, and ensure stable operation.
• Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Contribute to technical documentation and facilitate cross-functional collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Leverage AI-native development tools for coding, documentation, testing, and troubleshooting, while continuously exploring emerging AI techniques to enhance development productivity and quality.

What qualifications, skills and traits should you possess in this role?

• Bachelor’s degree of higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in full-stack development, with proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework (React or Vue) and a Python-based back-end framework (e.g., FastAPI, Django, Flask).
• Solid understanding of web architecture, APIs, and software design principles.
• Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL), as well as experience working with message queues.
• Working knowledge of data pipeline development, including data extraction, transformation, and integration processes.
• Experience deploying and maintaining applications in Linux or cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure or Databricks).
• Familiarity with agentic architectures and AI workflow design, including prompt and contextual engineering, and practical use of AI-native development tools with demonstrated ability to leverage AI to accelerate coding, testing, and documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and product teams.
