Job role- Voice Engineer

Work Location- Singapore

Onsite, Contract

Requirements--

Bachelor degree in a Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent

Minimum 5 years of technical and voice operation experience in investment banking, financial institution or large enterprise environment

Extensive knowledge on Cisco Call Manager Configuration / Cisco Unity

Experience on trader voice platforms (BT ITS platform) and voice recording platforms

Knowledge on TCP/IP, QoS and VoIP protocols (SIP, H323, RTP, SRTP)

Experience with SIP trunking and PSTN connectivity

Familiarity with voice security best practices and compliance requirements

Knowledge of QoS (Quality of Service) implementation for voice traffic

Regional project implementation experience

Work independently in a highly dynamic environment, both individually and as a team

Fluent spoken and written English
