The opportunity

Job Description:
Real Tone Music is a boutique adult-focused music school in Singapore, located near Chinatown MRT. We specialise in Mandarin pop singing and are looking for passionate vocal or pop singing coaches to join us — full-time or part-time.

No teaching experience is required — we welcome skilled singers with strong communication skills who are willing to learn and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach one-on-one and small group vocal / pop singing classes (mostly adult students)

• Adapt lessons to each student’s vocal needs, goals and preferred songs

• Most students sing Mandarin pop — familiarity with Mandopop is preferred

• Track student progress and provide helpful, personalised feedback

• Support occasional student performances or recitals

• Build positive rapport with students and contribute to a warm learning environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong singing ability (good pitch, rhythm and expression)

• Familiarity with Mandarin pop music, or willingness to learn

• Basic piano/guitar accompaniment is helpful but not required

• Patient, friendly, and able to communicate clearly

• Passion for helping adult learners grow in confidence and skill

• Weekend availability is required (weekday rest days)

• Open to both full-time and part-time roles
