- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation including system SOPs, architecture diagrams, deployment guides, and audit logs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Governance
- Liaise with teams in networking, security, application development, and DevOps to ensure cohesive infrastructure support.
- Participate in formal change management (CABs), patching cycles, and infrastructure compliance reviews.
- Support infrastructure lifecycle projects including migrations, capacity expansion, and system upgrades.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience managing Windows-based systems and VMware environments.
- A minimum of 3 years supporting infrastructure within regulated or high-compliance industries (e.g., financial services).
Technical Competencies
- Deep experience with Windows system hardening and patching tools such as WSUS or SCCM.
- Skilled in VMware environment builds, including vCenter setup, patching, and host configuration.
- Proficient in Active Directory administration and GPO policy management.
- Familiarity with vSphere core technologies such as vMotion, distributed switches, and HA clusters.
- Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Ansible) is a plus.
