    Job PurposeWe are looking for an experienced VLCC Fleet Manager to oversee the technical and operational performance of our VLCC tanker fleet.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in VLCC operations, maintenance, and regulatory compliance, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective vessel management.Location: Varna, BulgariaCandidate's profileKey Responsibilities: Oversee VLCC fleet operations, maintenance, and dry dockings Ensure compliance with IMO, Class, Flag, and PSC regulations Manage budgets, performance monitoring, and technical troubleshooting Lead and develop a high-performing technical teamQualifications & Experience: Marine Engineering degree or equivalent (Chief Engineer Certificate preferred). 5+ years of experience in VLCC technical operations, including experience as a Technical Superintendent or Chief Engineer. Strong understanding of VLCC maintenance, repair procedures, and dry docking. Knowledge of regulatory compliance, including Class, Flag, and international maritime laws. Experience with technical budgeting and cost control. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
