RecruitFirst is hiring! We are looking for passionate and energetic talents as a Visual Merchandising Lead to join my client in the Retail Industry!

Job Description

1. Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day sales floor replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
2. Maintain strategic product presentation and merchandising by ensuring product recovery, restock, destock, and making visual merchandising changes in accordance with directives and in partnership with the Visual Manager.
3. Effectively plan visual floor changes with the management team by adapting the zone and visual support to the needs of the business.
4. Execute and maintain visual direction from planning through execution to meet company expectations, budgets, and timelines.
5. Utilize reporting tools in partnership with management to identify business opportunities with product placement, outfitting, and stock levels; make changes as necessary.
6. Partner with Operations & Visual Manager to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to ensure maintenance and maximization.
7. Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests.

Requirements

1. 2 years of retail experience, preferably within a client-focused, sales-driven environment.
2. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
3. Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and building genuine connections.
