A leading company in the jewellery retail sector is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to enhance customer experiences through effective store displays and décor. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in visual merchandising, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple displays effectively. You will play a vital role in making every aspect of the store impactful and on-brand.
· Conceptualise and execute store décor and display setups in line with campaign themes and brand direction
· Manage in-store touchpoints and visual merchandising displays across multiple outlets
· Maintain and refresh jewellery props, visuals and seasonal display setups
· Work closely with retail teams to ensure smooth execution of VM updates
· Coordinate store-level events and festive rollouts, from concept to setup
· Track and maintain VM inventory including display props and visual assets
· Liaise with vendors and suppliers on production and installation
· Handle day-to-day admin related to logistics, scheduling and sourcing
· Support store openings, refreshes and VM requests from the ground
What You Bring
· Experience in visual merchandising, ideally in retail or lifestyle
· Strong attention to detail and a good eye for layout, balance and space
· Comfortable working closely with retail teams and adapting on the fly
· Hands-on and willing to do the setup work beyond planning
· Organised, dependable and able to manage timelines across multiple locations
· Basic coordination and admin skills to keep things running smoothly
· A positive, can-do attitude and pride in making the everyday feel polished and on-brand
What We’re Looking For
· A diploma or degree in visual merchandising, design, marketing or a related field
· At least 2 years of relevant working experience in visual merchandising, preferably in retail, lifestyle or fashion
· Experience working in a multi-store or chain retail environment is a bonus
· Proficiency in basic design tools (e.g. Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop) is an advantage but not essential
· Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese to liaise effectively with internal teams, retail staff and external vendors
