Working days: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm

Salary: $5,000 to $5,500 monthly

Requirements:

• Min Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field
• Min 3 years of relevant experience in trade marketing, visual merchandising, store planning, or a related function
• Willingness to travel regionally when required.

Job scope:

• 1. Assist and coordinate trade marketing and visual merchandising projects across Southeast Asia Pacific region, including store planning, seasonal campaigns, store displays, and retail activations.
• Oversee the distribution, setup, and maintenance of POS materials to ensure consistent brand presentation and compliance with VM guidelines across all retail locations.
• Provide visual merchandising support for new store openings, renovations, and special retail projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on- site setup.
• Planning and supporting in store planning projects across the Southeast Asia region — from initial ideation, floor-plan feedback, and visual tools review to final display execution — in close coordination with retail partners, HQ, and external vendors.
