Location: Botanic Garden
Working Hours/Pattern: 7.30am to 7.30pm / 4 Days per week
Basic Salary: $2000 + MPI (Monthly Performance Incentives)
PTs Are also Welcome!!! Up to $12/hr (Min 9 shifts per month)
Job Scope
Provide customer service and handle visitors’ queries.
Perform roving duties around the gardens and visitor information duties.
Greet and welcome visitors with excellent customer service.
Ensure the safety of the visitors and assist with crowd management.
Identify and report safety lapses, risk issues or incidents to Supervisors.
Perform service recovery where necessary.
Other duties as assigned by Supervisors.
Requirements
Minimum GCE O Level, NITEC or equivalent.
At least 1 year of customer service experience will be advantageous.
Enjoy working with the general public in an outdoor environment.
Work experience in hospitality, tourism, or attractions sectors would be preferred.
Good communication skills and command of English.
