Visitor Service Officers x2 - Day Shift (Botanic Gardens / Full-time)

• Location: Botanic Garden

• Working Hours/Pattern: 7.30am to 7.30pm / 4 Days per week

• Basic Salary: $2000 + MPI (Monthly Performance Incentives)
  

• PTs Are also Welcome!!! Up to $12/hr (Min 9 shifts per month)

Job Scope

• Provide customer service and handle visitors’ queries.

• Perform roving duties around the gardens and visitor information duties.

• Greet and welcome visitors with excellent customer service.

• Ensure the safety of the visitors and assist with crowd management.

• Identify and report safety lapses, risk issues or incidents to Supervisors.

• Perform service recovery where necessary.

• Other duties as assigned by Supervisors.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O Level, NITEC or equivalent.

• At least 1 year of customer service experience will be advantageous.

• Enjoy working with the general public in an outdoor environment.

• Work experience in hospitality, tourism, or attractions sectors would be preferred.

• Good communication skills and command of English.
