Job Description:

1. Instructs leaders as a subject matter expert in financial analysis and market trends.
2. Consults on critical financial modeling for presentations and programs.
3. Formulates solutions for company wide implementation of financial strategy to accomplish organizational goals and objectives.
4. Modifies complex data into digestible information in support of strategic initiatives.
5. Drives program instructing non-finance managers of best practice in budgeting process.
6. Advises senior management on process of ensuring accurate forecasting and delivery.
7. Guides junior colleagues through consultation and mentoring in techniques and processes, and provides functional (matrix) supervision.
8. Integrates Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
