Qualifications

• Registered as Optician under MOH Optometrists and Optician Board
• Retail experience preferred
• Able to commit retail hours
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

• Perform eye and vision tests
• Dispense eyewear and contact lenses
• Provide professional advice and solutions to customers
• Prescribe eyeglasses and contact lenses
• Advise customers on eye care techniques
• Maintain records of prescriptions, work orders and payments
• Perform inventory tracking, sales tasks and simple bookkeeping
• Ensure smooth daily shop operations and adhoc duties
