Meet the Team

You, as an IoT Virtual Sales Specialist, will work closely with our GEO Sales Teams, Industry Specialists, Growth and Digital Sales (GDS) group, and other extended teams to identify opportunities and drive incremental growth across assigned vertical and application-specific segments of customers and deals to accelerate the industrial IoT portfolio in exciting new ways.

Your Impact

The Virtual Sales Specialist role is responsible for capturing non-focus Accounts business in the APJC region, targeting countries such as Australia/New Zealand, Singapore, ASEAN, and potentially India and/or Japan. Your focus will be on key vertical markets in industrial IoT, which are currently experiencing significant growth.

Both public and private sectors recognize the need for secure connectivity within critical infrastructure markets, with trillions of dollars expected to be invested over the next 5-10 years. Modernizing critical infrastructure will impact and foster new markets worldwide, including power grids, smart factories, and transportation systems.

You will work with a diverse team of sales and technical specialists to accelerate revenue opportunities while exceeding customer expectations.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Strong technology sales experience handling deals requiring C-level support
  • Ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams and senior-level executives quickly
  • Ability to work in an agile, high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Desire to innovate within an established business
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling industrial networking solutions to both IT and OT buyers
  • Cross-industry experience, especially in Utilities, Transportation, Manufacturing, Energy/Oil & Gas, Material Handling
  • Knowledge of industrial networking or physical security competition
