A prestigious casino and resort in Macau seeks a VIP Resort Ambassador to offer top-tier service to VIP guests. Join our client's VIP Club Elite Team at one of Macau’s most luxurious integrated casino resorts. As a VIP Resort Ambassador, you will deliver world-class hospitality and personalized service to their distinguished VIP club guests from arrival to departure.
Serve as the primary in-person contact for assigned VIP Club tier guests from arrival to
departure. Deliver personalized, intuitive and anticipatory service throughout the stay.
Build trusted rapport with guests, ensuring discretion and proactive follow through. Promptly
address guest requests and resolve concerns with empathy, discretion and urgency, ensuring issues
are resolved and logged for continuous improvement.
Liaise with Gaming, Market Development, Hotel, F&B, Security, Transportation, Entertainment,
Retail and Spa to fulfil guest needs.
Co-ordinate with the VIP Club's experience team leadership to monitor and manage guest itineraries,
preferences, and in resort movements in real time.
Actively participate in pre-arrival briefings and arrival day execution across all resorts.
Represent the guest’s voice during daily briefings and service recovery conversations.
Proactively identify potential issues before they escalate, ensuring guests feel valued and prioritized.
Monitor compliance with all safety, privacy and regulatory policies.
Log key interactions and guest insights to improve future experience delivery.
Collaborate within the VIP Club's Experience team to support other hosts during peak periods.
Share guest intelligence (preferences, mood, intent, requests), observations and innovations that
enhance guest engagement and operational effectiveness.
Proficiency in Mandarin, conversational Cantonese, and a good command of English are preferred, as these languages are commonly used in guest interactions and daily operations.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred fields: Hospitality, Hotel Management, Airlines)
Premium/luxury hospitality or airline service experience preferred
Impeccable grooming and professional appearance
Confident, articulate, and diplomatic interpersonal skills
Proficient in mobile messaging platforms (WeChat, WhatsApp, Teams)
Willing to work rotating shifts (24-hour resort operation)
Willing to relocate to Macau for this role
5 days/week, 9.6 hours/day (48 hours/week total)
