LVL Music Academy in Singapore seeks a dedicated violin teacher to inspire students from age 3.5 to adults, prepare for ABRSM exams, and contribute to a high-performance teaching team.

You will deliver engaging lessons, track progress, and support student retention while participating in recitals and events. Base salary SGD 5,200/month with incentives up to SGD 2,500/month; top performers earn SGD 6,000–7,700+/month; 5-day week, benefits included.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Music.
• Minimum 2 years of violin teaching experience.
• Proficient in violin performance and ABRSM theory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging violin lessons to students aged 3.5 years to adults, adapting teaching methods to individual learning needs.
• Prepare students effectively for ABRSM exams and public performances, ensuring skill mastery and confidence.
• Guide prospective students from trial lessons to long-term enrolment, fostering sustained engagement.
• Support student progression and retention through personalized feedback and motivational strategies.
• Participate actively in recitals and academy events to showcase student achievements and promote community.
• Collaborate closely with a high-performing teaching team to share best practices and enhance curriculum delivery.
